Cancellation Policy: To cancel an appointment, please call, text or e-mail at least 24 hours before the appointment's scheduled start time. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment starts to receive a full refund. 

If rescheduling, an appointment must be rescheduled at least 1 hour before the appointment's start time. Appointments that are rescheduled within 1 hour of the start time will be considered a separate appointment and will not be refunded.
